Construction of the Mpondwe Border Export Zone (BEZ) Market to support cross-border trade and economic activities between Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The project comprised modern market stalls, restaurant and lock-up facilities, external infrastructure works, utility services, and integrated building systems designed to enhance market operations and trade facilitation.
