Design and construction of a specialized Search & Rescue Training Laboratory at the Fisheries Training Institute (FTI), Entebbe. The project included an indoor rescue training swimming pool, rescue jetty, concrete slipway, shoreline protection works, hostel facilities, and associated infrastructure designed to enhance marine rescue and emergency response training.
